Our casket blanket with living plants is a unique and meaningful tribute, designed to rest on the coffin as the central floral display. Created with seasonal plants, flowers and foliage, it reflects your chosen colour palette and honours the individuality of your loved one.

This arrangement includes stunning seasonal plants, flowers and foliage which are carefully incorporated into the moss base as part of the overall design. Living plants truly enhance the arrangement while it rests on the casket, creating a full and abundant tribute. After the service, the plants can be removed and shared with family and friends to plant in their own garden. This thoughtful addition ensures the arrangement has a life beyond the ceremony, bringing comfort to those who receive the plants.

We currently offer this arrangement in one size, as this has been the most popular.

Natural and Sustainable
This arrangement is made using moss base, in a compostable liner, which may sometimes be supported by willow. This ensures the flowers stay fresh throughout the service. The Casket Blanket is designed to be fully compostable, it is also suitable for Natural Burial sites.

Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, the casket blanket will be delivered directly to the Funeral Directors. I also ensure the arrangement is carefully placed on the casket and travel safely to the service. This guarantees the casket top blanket remains a focal point throughout the journey and the ceremony itself.
Delivery to the chosen Funeral Director is within 10 miles of the SN26 9QJ postal code.
Refunds and Returns
We hope that you are pleased with your farewell flowers. However, should you encounter a problem with them please do get in touch as soon as possible.
Sustainability
At Willow and Moss we source from local flower farms who grow without the use of pesticides. We operate a low waste policy and our flowers are never wrapped or displayed in plastic or floral foam. By buying British flowers over imported flowers you are chosing to significantly reduce your carbon footprint.

Care Instructions
If taking the casket blanket home after the service, please spritz with water daily and place in a cool environment. This can help keep it fresher for longer.
Alternatively, you can gently take the blanket apart, making sure to cut the stems and pop in your favourite vase using the flower food provided. Another option is once the blanket has been taken apart, share with family/friends and any plants can ne popped in the garden as a precious memory,
